The fear of being “found out” can be crippling, and we’ve learned to recognize what leads us down the road of self-doubt and how to make a U-turn back into positivity. Imposter syndrome manifests itself differently (perfectionism, feeling like a fraud, anger/frustration), so we’re opening up about what it looks like and how to punch it in the face for good, even if it comes creeping back in with the things that are foundational for our biz.
