WE’RE HIRING!

Cami & Elisabeth of Biz Birthday Bash are searching for a part-time Pinterest & social assistant (10-15 hours a week to start, with room to grow). This position is remote; we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, can responsibly track their hours, is creative and great with Adobe design programs and Canva, is detail-oriented, and loves brainstorming fun and new ideas!

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• You are a wizard with Pinterest, know how it works, and are super passionate about it! We intend to leverage Pinterest to promote and share about our 100+ podcast episodes.

• You are creative with a great eye for design and you are capable of utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva proficiently.

• You have experience with Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Airtable as a means of file sharing and communicating.

• You don’t mind doing repetitive tasks; you are efficient and not a time waster.

• You are responsive when it comes to communication and willing to tweak your work to make it just right.

• You are open to learning new things!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Our ultimate goal with this position is to truly leverage the power of Pinterest. You’ll help us design all-new Pinterest templates for our podcast episodes that can then be used for “plug and play” design.

• You are willing to create 5-10 unique-looking pins per existing podcast episode (with the templates you already created) and upload them to our individual podcast blog posts as well as share them to Pinterest on organized boards.

• You will monitor our Pinterest stats and provide us with a weekly update on what is working vs. not working.

• You will also help us create better designs to share on Instagram for the podcast (templates for our feed and stories).

• Possible email inbox management as you get comfortable with our offerings & what we do!

• You will participate in a bi-weekly 30 minute call with Cami & Elisabeth to brainstorm new ideas and touch base!

• A willingness to help Cami & Elisabeth with other small tasks, provided you have extra hours each week, is appreciated!

OTHER DETAILS

• This is considered an independent contractor position and pay is $15/hour. You can determine your own hours!

• Familiarity with us, our podcast, and what we do is a great bonus! You are more than welcome to apply if you are running your own creative business, you just need to make sure you have 10-15 hours to dedicate to BBB tasks.
